About the Hyperbaric Chamber Vitaeris 320

The best and largest in the OxyHealth fleet of mild hyperbaric chambers, the Vitaeris 320 boasts a roomt 32" inflated diameter that comfortably seats two. Dual pumps boost inflation time and provide twice the airflow throughout the chamber.

There are several sizes of portable HBOT chambers, which are used for home and clinic treatment. These are usually referred to as "mild chambers," which is a reference to the lowest pressure (compared to hard chambers) of soft-sided chambers.

The Vitaeris 320 goes up to 4 PSI above atmospheric pressure, which equals 1.3 atmosphere absolute (ATA) equivalent to a depth of approx. 13 feet of sea water, which is quite sufficient to raise tissue ozygenation concentrations enough to stimulate angioneogenises, osteo- neogenisis, kill or subdue invading bacteria or reduce the size of air emboli.

Are Hyperbaric Chambers Safe?

Portable hyperbaric chambers are completely safe. The chamber operates with filtered ambient air (surrounding room air); therefore, there is no danger of oxygen toxicity in the body that can occur with other hyperbaric chambers that utilize oxygen tanks. Mild hyperbaric therapy (mHBOT or mHBT) can safely be used in conjunction with nearly all other treatments.

Hyberbaric Oxygen Therapy is non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical and there are no dangerous side effects reported.

When a severely compromised tissue in the body begins to receive oxygen and blood circulation to the tissue resumes, the healing process occurs. Greater amounts of oxygen are absorbed into the plasma, synovial fluid and cerebral fluid when the body is pressurized using a hyperbaric chamber.
